What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenants void the order by paying $32,586.00 by November 26, 2022. If not voided, the Tenants must move out by November 26, 2022, and pay $28,045.37 plus $88.77 per day from November 9, 2022, until they vacate. The Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting November 27, 2022, if the unit is not vacated.
