What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to meet conditions specified in a previous order (TEL-19174-21) issued on January 19, 2022. The Tenants failed to pay $2,450.00 rent on or before January 15, 2022, as required by the previous order.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective February 19, 2022. Tenants must pay $2,649.70 plus $80.55 per day starting February 9, 2022, until they vacate the unit. If not paid by February 19, 2022, interest will accrue at 2% annually. The Landlords may file for eviction with the Sheriff starting February 20, 2022, if the unit is not vacated.
