What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective November 12, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $1,687.62, which includes rent arrears up to September 30, 2021 and costs from the previous application, less the rent deposit and interest owed on the deposit. The Tenants must also pay $69.04 per day in compensation for use of the unit from October 1, 2021 until they vacate.
