What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent as specified in a previous order. The Tenants failed to meet the conditions of the previous order to pay rent arrears and current rent.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective June 29, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $13,893.81 plus $80.55 per day starting June 19, 2021 until they vacate the unit. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by June 29, 2021, they will owe interest on the outstanding balance starting June 30, 2021.
