What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective April 3, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $4,986.17 in rent arrears and application fees, plus $11.57 per day in compensation starting March 24, 2021 until they vacate the unit. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by April 3, 2021, they will owe interest and the Landlord can file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
