What happened
Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants because the Landlords in good faith require possession of the rental unit for the purpose of residential occupation for at least one year. The Tenants also applied for an order determining that the Landlords entered the rental unit illegally, substantially interfered with the reasonable enjoyment of the rental unit or residential complex, and harassed, obstructed, coerced, threatened or interfered with the Tenants.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective June 30, 2024. The Tenants' application is dismissed.
