What happened

The ruling
The Tenants were ordered to pay the Landlord $2,626.50 for the period ending November 30, 2020, in three installments by certain dates. The Tenants were also ordered to pay the full rent for December 2020 to February 2021 by the first of each month. If the Tenants fail to make any of the payments, the Landlord may apply to the Board for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenants.
