What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's failure to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective January 17, 2022. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $6,275.00 for unpaid compensation for damage and application fee, plus $25.68 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting January 7, 2022 until the move-out date. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by January 17, 2022, the Tenant will start to owe interest and the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement.
