What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective January 31, 2022. Tenants must vacate by this date and pay $34.52 per day from January 21, 2022, until they move out, plus $186.00 for the application fee. If not paid by January 31, 2022, interest will accrue at 2% annually from February 1, 2022. The Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting February 1, 2022, if the unit is not vacated.
