What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $8,153 to void the order by July 31, 2022. If the Tenant does not void the order, they must pay $7,542.72 to the Landlord and vacate the unit by August 8, 2022. If the unit is not vacated, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
