The tenancy is terminated effective October 6, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $268.82 plus $22.93 per day starting September 26, 2023 until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by October 6, 2023, the Tenant will owe interest at 6% annually on the outstanding balance.
