What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after serving a valid Notice to End Tenancy Early for Non-payment of Rent (N4 Notice), which the tenants did not void by paying the arrears. The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective April 23, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlords $33,072.02 (less any payments made after November 16, 2020), plus $62.47 per day starting April 13, 2021 until they vacate. If the Tenants pay $35,275.00 (less any payments made after November 16, 2020) by April 23, 2021, the eviction order will be void and the tenancy will continue.
