What happened

Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants because the Landlord's daughter requires possession of the rental unit for her personal occupation for a period of at least one year.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated as of June 30, 2021. The Tenants must move out of the rental unit on or before June 30, 2021. If the Tenants do not move out by June 30, 2021, they shall pay the Landlord $72.33 per day for compensation for the use of the unit from July 1, 2021 until the date they move out.
