What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective November 6, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $28,663.58, plus $69.04 per day in compensation starting October 27, 2023 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by November 6, 2023, they will owe interest at 7% annually on the outstanding balance.
