What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective January 31, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $16,636.51 in rent arrears and application fees, plus $40.18 per day in compensation for use of the unit starting January 21, 2021 until the Tenants move out. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by January 31, 2021, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
