What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to non-payment of rent. The Tenant had fallen behind on rent payments due to job loss and transition from EI to CERB.

The ruling

The Landlord's application for eviction is denied on the condition that the Tenant pays the $1,775 in arrears and rent according to the agreed payment plan. If the Tenant fails to make any of the payments, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
