The ruling
The previous order from file EAL-92678-20 is cancelled. The tenancy is terminated and the Tenant must move out by September 6, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $726.06 plus $37.63 per day from August 27, 2021 until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by September 6, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
