What happened

The ruling

The Tenants must pay $456.63 to the Landlord, which includes rent arrears up to October 23, 2020 and the application filing fee, minus the rent deposit and interest. The Tenants must also pay $50.52 per day for compensation for use of the unit from October 24, 2020 until they move out. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by November 3, 2020, they will start owing interest and the Landlord can file the order for enforcement.
