The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective August 22, 2020. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $12,331.79 in rent arrears and $55.89 per day in compensation for use of the unit starting August 12, 2020 until the Tenants move out. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by August 22, 2020, they will owe interest starting August 23, 2020.
