What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant because the Tenant failed to meet a condition specified in the order issued by the Board on June 5, 2019 with respect to application CEL-85191-19. The Tenant filed a motion to set aside the eviction order.

The ruling

The Tenant's motion to set aside the eviction order is granted and replaced with a new order for prompt payment of the rent for the next twelve months. The Tenant shall pay the outstanding $37.85 in rent arrears by October 31, 2020. If the Tenant fails to comply, the Landlord may apply to the Board for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
