What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's failure to meet a condition specified in a mediated settlement issued by the Board on January 20, 2020 with respect to a previous application.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before February 12, 2021. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced.
