Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's failure to meet a condition specified in the mediated settlement issued by the Board on January 20, 2020 with respect to a previous application.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must move out by September 21, 2020. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $175 for the application fee from the previous application. If the Tenant does not pay by September 21, 2020, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance. If the unit is not vacated by September 21, 2020, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement.
