What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to meet conditions specified in a previous order (SOL-21917-21) issued on November 23, 2021. The Tenant failed to pay $800 by December 15, 2021, and did not pay the full January 2022 rent on time.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective February 7, 2022. The Tenant must pay $11,046.90 plus $44.38 per day starting January 28, 2022, until they vacate the unit. If the Tenant does not pay by February 7, 2022, interest will be charged, and the Landlord may file for eviction enforcement.
