The tenancy is terminated effective January 24, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $18,780.17 plus $54.62 per day from January 14, 2023, until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not vacate by January 24, 2023, the Landlord may file this order with the Sheriff for enforcement starting January 25, 2023.
