What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's failure to pay rent as ordered in a previous LTB order.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective August 3, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $16,039.20 plus $54.25 per day starting July 24, 2021 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by August 3, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance. If the unit is not vacated by August 3, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
