What happened

The ruling

The tenancy was terminated effective May 31, 2020, the date the Tenants vacated the rental unit. The Tenants are ordered to pay the Landlord $190 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by April 20, 2021, they will owe simple interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
