What happened

Tenant applied for an order determining that Landlord or Landlord's agent harassed, obstructed, coerced, threatened or interfered with the Tenant, entered the rental unit illegally and substantially interfered with the reasonable enjoyment of the rental unit or residential complex by the Tenant.

The ruling

The Tenant is entitled to $1,425 in rent abatement and return of last month's rent deposit, as well as $45 for the cost of filing the application, for a total of $1,470 owed by the Landlord.
