What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant because the Tenant entered into an agreement to terminate the tenancy but did not move out by the termination date.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective December 6, 2021. The Tenant must move out by this date and pay the Landlord $201 for the application fee. If the Tenant does not pay by December 6, 2021, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance starting December 7, 2021. If the unit is not vacated by December 6, 2021, the Landlord can file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
