What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to non-payment of rent. Tenant 2 claimed to have vacated the unit in July 2021, but the Board found that she remained in possession. The tenancy was terminated, and Tenants were ordered to pay rent arrears.
