What happened

Tenants applied for compensation from Landlord due to illegal entry and substantial interference with their reasonable enjoyment of the rental unit. Tenants alleged Landlord changed the locks on their mailbox, changed the wi-fi password, failed to remove snow, and did not provide adequate lighting or a stove.

The ruling

The Landlord shall provide the Tenants with a key to the mailbox and the wi-fi password. The Board did not find the Landlord's actions constituted substantial interference or award the Tenants their filing fee.
