What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The Tenants shall pay the Landlord $5,548.39, which represents the rent arrears and compensation up to May 31, 2020, less the rent deposit and interest on the deposit. The Tenants shall also pay the Landlord $190.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by June 19, 2021, they will owe interest at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
