What happened

Landlord applied to terminate tenancy and evict Tenant due to seriously impairing the safety of others in the residential complex by feeding wildlife, which attracted raccoons and skunks to the property.

The ruling

The Tenant is ordered to refrain from putting out any feed or food for animals at the residential complex for the duration of the tenancy. If the Tenant breaches this condition, the Landlord may apply for termination and eviction within 30 days of the breach. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $186.00 for the application filing cost.
