What happened

Landlord applied for an order requiring Tenants to pay the rent they owed. The Tenants had vacated the rental unit on June 30, 2020 prior to the hearing.

The ruling

The Tenants shall pay the Landlord $3,500.00 in rent arrears and $190.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by January 31, 2021, they will start to owe interest at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
