What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's behavior that substantially interfered with the reasonable enjoyment or lawful right, privilege or interest of the Landlord or another tenant, and seriously impaired the safety of any person.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective November 21, 2021. The Tenant must move out by that date and pay the Landlord $30.03 per day for compensation for use of the unit after that date, as well as $186 for the application filing fee. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount owed by November 21, 2021, the Tenant will start owing interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
