What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. Tenant applied for an order determining that Landlord entered the rental unit illegally, altered the locking system without providing replacement keys, and withheld or interfered with vital services or care services and meals in a care home. Both applications were resolved by order issued on October 13, 2023.

The request to review the order issued on October 13, 2023 is denied. The order is confirmed and remains unchanged. The interim order issued on November 9, 2023 is cancelled and the stay of the October 13, 2023 order is lifted.
