What happened
Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant because the Landlords require possession of the rental unit for the purpose of residential occupation by their son.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective March 5, 2021. The Tenant must vacate the unit by that date. The Tenant owes the Landlords $9,981.71, which includes compensation for use of the unit from March 1, 2020 to the move-out date, less the rent deposit. If the unit is not vacated by March 5, 2021, the Landlords may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
