What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent and persistent late payment of rent. The Landlord served a valid Notice of Termination, but the Tenants did not void the notice by paying the arrears.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective July 16, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $4,993.14, plus $36.83 per day starting July 6, 2021 until they move out. If the Tenants pay $7,052.14 on or before July 16, 2021, the eviction order will be void and the tenancy will continue.
