What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective November 30, 2020. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $13,735.95, which represents the amount of rent owing and compensation up to October 30, 2020, plus $40.57 per day for compensation for the use of the unit starting October 31, 2020 to the date the Tenant moves out of the unit, and $175.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount owing on or before November 10, 2020, the Tenant will start to owe interest. If the unit is not vacated on or before November 30, 2020, the Landlord may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced.
