What happened

The ruling

The Tenant must pay the Landlord $9,129.74 in rent arrears and application costs, plus $25.35 per day in compensation starting November 6, 2020 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant pays $9,949.00 on or before November 16, 2020, the eviction order will be void and the tenancy will continue.
