What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective June 1, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $5,148.50 plus $21.93 per day for compensation for the use of the unit starting May 22, 2021 until the Tenants move out. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by June 1, 2021, they will start to owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
