What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective January 29, 2022. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $1,287.89 in rent arrears and application costs, plus $6.05 per day in compensation for use of the unit starting January 19, 2022 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by January 29, 2022, interest will accrue at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
