What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective December 20, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $2,630.14 in rent arrears and application costs by December 20, 2021. If the Tenant does not pay, they will owe interest starting December 21, 2021 and the Landlord can file the order for enforcement.
