What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after the Tenants failed to meet the conditions specified in a previous order issued by the Board.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective October 4, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlords $4,233.67 plus $54.25 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting September 24, 2021 until the Tenants move out. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by October 4, 2021, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
