What happened

Tenants applied for orders determining that the Landlord failed to meet maintenance obligations or comply with health, safety, housing or maintenance standards, and that the Landlord, superintendent or agent entered the rental unit illegally and substantially interfered with the reasonable enjoyment of the rental unit or residential complex.

The ruling

The Tenants are ordered to pay the Landlord $200 in costs by January 23, 2018. The hearing of the Tenants' applications is adjourned, peremptory on the Tenants, to a date to be set by the Board. The Tenants are ordered to provide the disclosure at issue to the Landlord by January 19, 2018.
