What happened

Landlords and Tenant signed an agreement to terminate the tenancy as of March 31, 2021.

The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlords and the Tenant is terminated. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before March 31, 2021. If the unit is not vacated by March 31, 2021, the Landlords may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced on or after April 1, 2021.
