The ruling

The Tenants are ordered to pay the Landlords $16,967.42, which includes rent arrears up to the move-out date, filing fee, and NSF fees, minus the rent deposit and interest on the deposit. If not paid by December 10, 2022, interest will accrue at 4.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
