What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective April 30, 2022 unless the Tenant pays $11,914 by that date to void the eviction order. The Tenant must pay $8,577.06 to the Landlords, less the rent deposit and interest, plus $60.82 per day starting April 7, 2022 until move-out. If the unit is not vacated by April 30, 2022, the Landlords may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
