What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenants must vacate the rental unit by January 15, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $2,265 plus $46.03 per day from April 1, 2020 until the date they move out. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by January 15, 2021, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
