What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants because the Tenants entered into an agreement to terminate the tenancy, but did not move out by the termination date.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenants must move out of the rental unit on or before August 16, 2021. The Tenants shall pay the Landlord $201.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount owing by June 10, 2021, they will start to owe simple interest calculated at 2.00% annually on the balance outstanding. If the unit is not vacated by August 16, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) for enforcement.
