The ruling
The Unauthorized Occupants are ordered to pay the Landlord $2,000 for use of the unit from June 1 to June 30, 2020, and $201 for the application fee. If the full amount is not paid by June 30, 2021, they will owe interest at 2% on the outstanding balance.
